Monday. Really says it all.
I wrote five letters for the esteemed Minister. (Did I mention that I chose 'Luciuscock' as password for my office PC? The petty pleasure of signing those letters via this password is considerable and should by no means be underrated)
My electronic office desk is now empty. No feelings of pride and joy at this accomplishment, though.
I'm wondering how well a wound can heal, if it's covered by superhypermegabloodyfuckingallergenic adhesive strip. Not well, probably.
The reason for current total lack of enthusiasm (if Jason Isaac came through this door, I'd say, "Oh get out and leave me in peace", honestly) is lunch appointment with people I absolutely don't want to see but have to see. Waaargh!! Incredible how bad my mood gets when I have to do something I don't want to do. Especially when said duty involves spending of money.
I don't even crave badfic. And I certainly won't write a word until I'm out of pissed-off mood.
Writing this down did NOT help in the least (as was to be expected).

...things turn out much better than expected. *grins stupidly*
Because, the lunch appointment was with two persons, one of whom I hate, but the other is really delightful. And guess what? Yuck-person was indisposed, and I had lunch just with Delightful-person. Ha! God does these things for me personally! I know it! (Of course I do, S/He told me so)

Having nothing to do and not exactly in writing mood, I browsed the net for historical advertising posters (to be used for icons, of course) and found incredible treasures. Fruits of said treasures to be viewed soon.

Hooooot

Sorry to flood everybody's friends list, but I just stumbled across this summary, which is worthy of [livejournal.com profile] mctabby's attention:

Hermione is ill, and she has no one to turn to. She considers Harry, her boyfriend, but would it leak? (Draco softens slightly!)

Question 1: What is 'it'?
Question 2: Is the Leaking of 'It' (for those who don't know, The Leaking of It is a remote cousin of The Wizard of Oz) in some arcane, osmotic way related to The Softening of Draco?
