Spring has come...
Mar. 21st, 2007 02:11 pm...it's 20 degrees and the sun is shining, and I had my first outdoor lunch of the year. Yay. Even more memorable, not to say miraculous: I'm taking tomorrow and Friday off, and the weather is supposed to remain like this at least for tomorrow. That means balcony-time with ze boyz. And lots of writing.
Lucius and Hermione are hovering on the egde of the bed - I ought to get them in there tonight, if I'm not too tired after the Turkish lesson. Suppose I won't be though, because since Turkish starts at 6.30, I start working at 9 instead of 7.45 on Wednesdays. This is total bliss, because I don't need to set the alarm. Being woken by the alarm (which unfortunately happens every day) just doesn't feel right. And I never quite trust myself to wake up in time, so I always have to set it. Probably I'd wake up in time anyway, but what if I don't? I need my 2 hours me-time in the morning, otherwise I'm exceedingly grumpy. Anyway, I have four days of uninterrupted morning sleep before me, and that's a nice thing to look forward to.
Girls' night on Friday with four colleagues and one's daughter (the one that does kick-boxing too), to which I'm looking forward too.
Plans of murdering Trade Counsellor have matured into plans to: 1) learn how to perform Imperius, 2) cast it on both Ambassador and Trade Counsellor, 3) tell them to take a bath in the residence's swimming pool during the night. The water has been in there since summer, so if they don't drown they're likely to come down with something terribly nasty.
