Wibbly post about The Golden Compass

I went to imdb today to have a look, and lo and behold, there are movie stills!

I'd love to see what you think about the girl playing Lyra. I'm not very happy with her - too sweet, I think, and too bland. And where the f**ck are the daemons? Either they don't want to show them yet, or they did something dreadful to my favourite book!
The problem is, even if they did, I'll have to watch the film. It starts on 7 December in Turkey.
