It's 3 a.m.
Oct. 20th, 2009 03:09 amand I woke up around 2.15, because my nose was misbehaving. When it became clear that sleeping wasn't going to be an option for the next hour or so, I just got up and switched on the computer.
May I say WAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAHHHHHHHHHHHHH!!!! ?
Thanks, that helped.
Not that it'll make me feel much better when I get up at 5.30. Not to mention in the afternoon, when I'm usually a bit sleepy anyway.
I suppose it's the bloody sinuses again, and I just ought to get some cortisone spray. They'll sell it to me without a prescription, so no need to see a doctor. I don't want to see a doctor here, and I certainly don't want to waste valuable holiday time and see one in Vienna.
While not asleep, I'm not exactly awake either, and therefore can't find anything of importance to write down. Except that I had my second driving lesson yesterday, and the instructor actually made me leave my comfy deserted road and go out into morning-rush-hour traffic. His admonitions to relax were quite lost on me, but somehow I managed. Felt rather wrung-out afterwards, but also proud.
Went to the gym after work, and now my inner thigh muscles are a bit sore -- lovely when they feel that way after too much sex, and only moderately lovely when it's merely because I did the exercise with too much weight.
Tennis and Macedonian today. Mens sana in corpore sano. *nods vigorously*
Right, I'm giving it another try now, since nose seems to have calmed down.
