Somehow I managed to get a huge blister yesterday on my right heel. Probably the sock was crumpled or something, and I did 1h15 on the treadmill. The positive aspect being that at first I thought my Achilles tendon was playing up, but then discovered it was just a blister. The negative aspect being that I wanted to get some shopping done today, which will have to be postponed. I hope the tennis shoes won't be too hard on the blister.
Also, to continue the feet motive, I just got a nice pedicure , complete with paraffin treatment. It's a bit like making candles, using the foot as a wick. And Lucius is no longer the one with the softest paws.
Not much else to report, whether feet- or otherwise. Apart from the fact that I'm feeling very accomplished, because the quarterly report is finished, and another report, too, so I can look forward to my day off tomorrow. The weather is bloody GORGEOUS!!! Vodno, here I come!
ETA: I just realized that the Macedonian language doesn't have a word for "enemy". They just have "neprijatel", which is literally "non-friend". That's a sympathetic trait, isn't it?
