As shocks go, it's a pleasant one, I daresay, because instead of cat picspam I give you...

Friday's chicken finger thingummy was obviously due to gluten intake. I did go to the gym after all, because the nausea had somewhat abated, and when I got home I was hungry, which is a good sign. Chicken soup and a glass of red wine were just what I needed (and got).
So, apart from it being Monday, all's right with the world.
I even went running yesterday -- the weather is still warm -- and, although I wasn't in great shape, it felt really good.
Am planning on taking Thursday and Friday off work; Gerald has come back from his holiday (oh joy -- not), and since the Ambassador will be leaving for his holiday on February 1, now is the right time for a long weekend.
