Well, they aren't boring to me, but health issues in general are for people much older than yours truly to debate.
Anyway, I had another appointment with my new doctor today, and she confirmed what I'd already been suspecting, i.e. that the flu I had 3 weeks ago has totally upset the immune system. Hence the allergy trouble. So new medication, two needles in my left ear (greed and aggression) and an acupuncture session. Wow. If I didn't know the needles are antiallergic, I would have thought I had an allergic reaction to them. But evidently the red spots are merely a side effect, demonstrating that the system reacts.
I'm a bit queasy, because she told me to stop taking the allergy medication, as it interferes with the one she gave me. I guess that means more asthma spray in the near future. Then again, it's really unwise to combine two entirely different methods of treatment. So I'll have faith and give it a try.
I'm very, very exhausted after a long day at work and loking/feeling like a pincushion afterwards. An early night, I suppose. But the mood is much improved.
