There is internet access (yes, I know, stating the obvious again...)
And, best of all, the temperature has dropped by about 15 degrees. On Thursday when I arrived in Vienna, I thought I'd gone to Bangkok by mistake, and still wasn't sure when we arrived at the hotel on Friday evening. I've become completely unused to the humidity. But then... Around 9 p.m.on Friday evening, while we were having dinner, the thunderstorms the weather forecast had announced finally started. It was fantastic to watch, and the air cooling down so rapidly was even more fantastic. Right now, it's getting slightly warmer, but still not enough to sit outside in less than trousers and something long-sleeved. Not a problem, because writing and reading is always an option.
Now I think we'll go down and have a bite to eat, and then there shall be dice poker. And then writingness. And then dinner... Yesterday, there were ravioli with truffle pesto, and I managed to beguile the chef into putting an extra dollop on my plate. And bacon and Austrian wine and... OK, I'll go now.
Bye, everybody. I'll drink a glass of Schilcher to the flist tonight :-))
