May. 20th, 2009 07:34 amThe news speaker just said, "It's going to be partly sunny in Carinthia and Styria today, because there'll be clouds alternating with sunshine."
Thanks, dear. I hadn't really thought that there'd be an exclusively Styrian eclipse.
I'm feeling weird today, because somehow I fell asleep last night on the couch and woke up at 3.36 a.m., dragged myself to bed and slept till 7. I don't even know when I fell asleep. Must have been round 10 p.m. Or not. *shrugs*
And the weather is strange too, warm but cloudy (I remember seeing distant lightning last night on the horizon) and a bit windy, but no rain.
BTW, I just looked up the weatherforecast for Skopje. o_O 30° and rain??!! That's practically Bangkok! And it's only May... I think this time I'll go for a flat with air con. Because this looks suspiciously like Milan, and I remember horrible, sleepless, sweaty nights without a breath of wind and 90% humidity. And the worst mosquitoes I've ever encountered. There'll be less danger of that in Skopje, I suppose, because the city isn't surrounded by rice fields. But 30° in May doesn't bode well for the summer, so air con would probably be a good thing, even though I hate it.
