Picspam problem

Gorgeous!landlord from Skopje sent me piccies of the flat, and I'd love to post them.
The problem is this: they're in a word.doc, and copying and pasting only works with Paint Shop (yes, it's old but I love it). Which wouldn't be a problem per se, if they looked right. They don't though. I suppose it's a problem of too few (?) pixels and colours... or whatever.
And it's not possible to just c&p the word doc into an LJ post.
Does anybody have an idea what to do? I could mail you the word.doc.

I'll have to buy curtains -- I hate buying curtains. But I'll just take something white and gauzy and hang it on wire, not curtain rods. The fact that I won't have to put it up myself makes the thought of curtains slightly more bearable.
