And written a shitload of semi-private emails, so that, too, is done. Duh. I have no idea what the hell I'm going to do all day long. Maybe I'll go to the shopping centre during lunch break, because I really need a faux-pearl necklace. Since I always spend lunch break at work, not doing so might feel deliciously wicked. Yeah, scraping the bottom here, I know.

This time, there was no thunderstorm interrupting the satellite conection, and so I was able to see Spain scoring their goal and becoming world champions by the skin of their teeth. I wouldn't have minded, had it been the Dutch, but the Spanish team deserved it, so all is well.

Nothing, absolutely nothing, to report on any other front, mainly because there aren't any fronts. I did my tennis-and-running yesterday, then extensive beautification project including pedicure and eyebrow-plucking, then a bit of Babylon5, a little nap, more B5, and finally the Spain vs Netherlands game. Not that I'm complaining, mind you. It's just completely uneventful, for which I probably ought to be grateful.

Still no decision reached re. driving lessons, although right now I'm leaning more towards going through with it. I asked ze boyz, but they're no help at all, the lazy, pampered creatures. Neither are they any help when my place is being invaded by a moth. I mean, ok, Cornelius doesn't see well and probably would concusshimself running into a wall while chasing the moth, but I would've expected better from Lucuis. I told him so, too, but he merely yawned. And then almost broke my nose with one of his hyper-affectionate head-butts. What can you do in the face of unconditional feline love? Melt, and scratch, in spite of moth-related uselessness. And they know it, the furry little bastards...
