Weekend laziness
Sep. 14th, 2003 01:20 pmJust finished 2-hour beautification project. Everything, nails, exfoliation, eyebrows... well, everything. What a good feeling. And I needed it, too, as I didn't get too much sleep last night. Although I expected the reason to be somewhat more pleasant, i.e. chat with ![[livejournal.com profile]](https://www.dreamwidth.org/img/external/lj-community.gif)
snapesupport members. Things did, however, turn out differently. First, it took me 1 1/2 hours to get into the chatroom (I don't like IRC, no I don't) because every time I downloaded the programme it killed my PC. OK, so I finally managed it, at about midnight, feeling like the world's biggest idiot. Ten minutes later, the phone rang. When people call you after midnight, it usually isn't good news. It wasn't good news, and I stayed at the phone for 2 hours. When I finally returned to the computer, it had choked itself again, and so I simply switched it off. Otehrwise I think I'd have smashed the screen.
Then I went to bed, but ze boyz decided to have an epic battle, complete with race at vertiginous speed, exactly when I was starting to fall asleep. They landed on me full force maybe 186 times before they finally got as tired as I had been for the last hour or so. And then I woke up at 6.30. What a life. I think I'll have an afternoon nap now.
